I’m Tiara Adler: Structural Integration Practitioner, water lover, and artist based in the Pacific Northwest.

I am Seattle born-and-raised, with Brazilian roots. I love swimming in the Puget Sound, watching plants grow from flower to fruit, birding, making delicious food, and learning new languages. Most of all, I love to move my body.

For as long as I can remember, I knew I wanted to work in medicine. My path has been circuitous to arrive here, and full of exploration. For many years, I lived with debilitating symptoms and chronic pain that allopathic medicine offered me no answers or relief. It was incredibly confusing and disheartening. I had my first session of structural bodywork in 2018 and felt a relief that lasted weeks. It opened me to reorient towards my body as its own healer, which gave (and continues to give) me immense hope.

All of these experiences inform my touch — I am sensitive, curious, compassionate. Life and the human body endlessly inspire me as a dynamic, magical and emerging experience.

“To be alive in this beautiful, self-organizing universe — to participate in the dance of life with senses to perceive it, lungs that breathe it, organs that draw nourishment from it — is a wonder beyond words.”
