Balancing bodies from the ground, up.

Welcome — I’m Tiara Adler, a Seattle-based Soma Structural Integration practitioner.

My holistic and tailored hands-on approach addresses chronic pain and tension, helps you move and breathe with ease, and improves posture.

Unwind & Restore Balance with Fascia

Soma Structural Integration is specialized manual therapy/bodywork that offers an integrative approach to healing. I work directly with fascia to reorganize and balance the body through this incredible connective tissue.

As a practitioner, I am inspired to spend quality time getting to know you, your body, and your movement patterns.

A typical session might look something like this:

Initial Assessment – I spend time learning from your alignment, posture, and movement patterns.

Personalized Treatment – I draw from my various skillsets to lengthen fascia, release restrictions, and offer balance to your connective tissues.

Movement Education + Integration – Where the magic happens. I offer creative ways to explore moving with efficiency and ease.

Recommended for: long-standing pain, whole-body change, athletes, curious movers, and anyone ready to invest in lasting transformation.

  • The Introductory Series is a sequence of 3-5 sessions designed to address a specific region or concern, such as the neck and shoulders, low back, hips, feet, or jaw.

Recommended for: specific acute pain, recent injuries, TMJ, recurring tension, or trying Soma Structural Integration for the first time.

  • A single session can be a great choice if you're looking for relief from a specific issue, maintenance, or prevention. Sessions draw from the same principles of Structural Integration.

Recommended for: acute discomfort, maintenance, follow-up care, and those new to Structural Integration and/or bodywork.
