Restore Alignment to
Find Ease

Soma Structural Integration is a form of hands-on therapy that comes from the work developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, the founder of Rolfing®.

This modality improves the body's alignment and function through working directly with fascia. This connective tissue constantly adapts to our daily habits, injuries, and movement patterns over our lifetime.

The goals of Structural Integration are to open, align, and balance the body’s fascial system. By working in layers, from most superficial to deep, this work facilitates lasting changes, rather than simply chasing symptoms.
