Your body is whole and interconnected

The body is an incredibly intelligent, relational, and adaptive system. As relational creatures, and I believe that when another human is by our side we can be supported in a process of healing, change, and repair in profound ways.

Our bodies adapt to everything! Injuries, daily habits, imbalances we are born with, and movement patterns. Over time, adaptations can create tension patterns that limit how you move and feel.

I offer Soma Structural Integration, a holistic form of manual therapy focused on freeing and organizing the connective tissue, fascia. Together, we can explore your unique movement patterns, unwind injuries and habits, and deepen a sense of ease within your body. We will support your body’s natural ability to move with comfort and you will leave with tools to continue your explorations.
